When you look at the heading 12 Week Challenge it doesn't say - 12 Week Weight Loss Challenge!
Take the word Challenge, remove the letters l l e and you are left with Change.
The letters l l e stand for Lifestyle, Learning, Exercise, so a 12 Week Challenge is
12 Weeks of Change through a Lifestyle Learning Exercise.
What Is Your Goal?
Whatever your goal is, you will find it hard to achieve without a reason to want to reach that goal.
Don't say "I need to lose weight, because I have to!"
Losing weight is not very motivating and it will be very hard.
You need to say "I want to lose weight because (e.g.)"I want to fit into my jeans again" or "I want to look and feel good about myself."
or "Next summer I want to look good when I go to the beach" or "I just want to be healthy to play with my children or grandchildren"
Whatever your reason is, it is yours and be passionate about it.
It will be that reason that will drive you to succeed, to achieve your dream.
As you don't focus on putting weight on, don't focus on taking weight off,
Losing Weight will be the DIRECT RESULT of your choices, just as you put weight on because of what you did, so you will lose weight because of what you do.
Focus on what you can control: which is very simple:
